Problems:-- If there comes any problem in fetching data from the cloud server it will show you the error that data error or no data is being fetched

Solution:--Generally the problem only occurs if there is the conflict in establishing the connection to the remote or cloud server

• One can check the connection first.
• Is the remote is accessible or not .
• Firewall can be a problem in fetching the data , so if the firewall is ON  make it OFF

• To make the firewall off , first get connected to the remote using  Remote Desktop Connection
• Go to the Windows start button and click on it 
• It will show you the software list which are installed on the computer.
• Click on the Remote Desktop Connection menu 
• Enter the IP address and User id and password along with and click on the Connect button 
• It will connect to Remote Desktop
• Now go to Start button of remote server 
• find out the Windows Firewall option and change the settings
• Click on the turn ON and OFF option to make changes 
• Change the settings to OFF and it will work now.
